Random Update
Hi there! It's been a few months. Sorry about that. School is going pretty well, but it's wearing me out, hence the procrastination in blogging. I'm currently taking Employment Law for Business. It's an interesting class, but there's alot to keep up with.
The kids are doing well. Jasmine fell last week and got her first black eye. She fell head first into the chaise lounge, and smacked her cheek on the wooden frame, resulting in a sore/bruise on the cheek, and one big shiner, plus a tiny bit of discoloring around the other eye. That's my tomboy! Isaiah is doing pretty good too. We've instituted a new "program" for him so that he will learn to control his restlessness at school. If he stays on level 5 at school (which means he's behaving perfectly), then he gets to play his Gamecube when he gets home. So far, we've only had about 3 or 4 days in the last month or so that he's not gotten to play. That's progress if you ask me! Noah is good too. He's loving preschool and doing very well. He's such a little smartie, but quiet enough that you'd never know it unless you ask. :)
We've signed both of the boys up for baseball. Isaiah tried out for a team and made it, so he's now kind of a big boy. He's playing kid-pitch in the 9 and under competitive league. He's got some talent, so I'm hoping this league will really boost his confidence. Noah is playing in the 6 and under coach-pitch league. I'm a little skeptical about him playing coach pitch instead of tball, but I think with good instruction he'll do great.
Last night we took all the kids to see Monster Jam. It's the truck show where the trucks have huge tires and loud motors, and they do donuts in the dirt and jump over cars, etc. It was so fun!! The boys had a blast, and while Jaz liked it, I think she would have prefered Disney on Ice. haha Mom, Dad, and BamBam went with us, so atleast we had more than me and Sweetie to corral three kids.
Oh yeah, we got a new puppy. Or should I say, Jaz got a new puppy. It's a pug/schnauzer mix, and Jasmine named her Tinkerbell. Cutest little dog ever, but if she has a schnauzer personality, I may have to put her out of my misery. I can't stand schnauzers. However, she seems to have a pretty good mix of personality, so for now, she lives. I'll post pics at a later time.
